We have run a number of projects managed by bespoke server side databases designed to capture information from contractors and turning the information into real time reports for the client to review. The systems have been designed not only to benefit the client, but also the contractor. A PMP database we have developed tracks the progress of any one of thousands of projects the client is running per year, providing statistics on the performance of the contractor in achieving target dates and budgetary requirements.
Each amendment to any of the projects is logged so the client can track the project from creation to completion seeing when and who changed the project details.
